Here’s how Every Digital works


Our tailored service gets you in contact with a dedicated expert who is assigned your enquiry. They will provide advice and guidance on how to get the right package, deal or product for your specific needs. Our service is completely tailored to you and your requirements.

New customers can get in touch by hitting the New Enquiry button. Then simply fill in the form with your details and give us a little information on what you’d like us to help you with.

You can ask us anything about home phone, broadband, TV and mobile phones and our advice won’t cost you a penny.

The first time you submit an enquiry you will be prompted to create a password so that you can log in to the My Account section of Every Digital to view our experts’ responses to your enquiry.

Our experts will take your enquiry and use our specially developed comparison tools to find the best suppliers and products to match your individual needs. We strive to respond within 24 hours of your enquiry. We have managed to get some exclusive deals, so you can rest assured that the deals we offer you are among the best around.

When your expert responds to your enquiry you will be notified by text. You can then log into your Every Digital account online and see their response. From here you can also reply with any additional information that they might need or ask any further questions that you might have.

All of our advice is given online, this means that you will have an easy to understand response that you can refer back to whenever you need to and means that you can come back to us when it suits you.

Your expert will fully explain the reasons behind their recommendation and provide you with information about upfront costs, total costs, why the deal is better for your needs than other deals. There is absolutely no hard sell or obligation to take our advice at all.

You decide. You can look at our advice and decide if you want to act upon it. We will provide you with directions on how to sign up for any deals you wish to take.

Even after you have signed up for a new deal, your expert is still available for any help if you need it, just log in to your Every Digital account and send a new query.
